Kokoro-Bushi-Do is a combative form of martial arts that focuses on Harmony and Survival. Harmony is emphasized by teachings of the Spirit Warrior creed, code of honor, and prayer. Survival is emphasized by the practise of a full range of combat kicking, striking, throwing, and grappling. K.B.D also focuses on building a strong sense of awareness.
