Lois E. Chisolm, President and Founder, brings significant teaching and management experience in the arts to this position. Ms. Chisolm was the manager to famous performing artists La Bouche and sister and manager of lead singer Melanie Thornton, who died tragically in a plane crash in 2001. Ms. Chisolm parlayed the success of 10 million album sales, gold and platinum sales awards in 25 countries, and experience developing performing artists in the entertainment industry to create this foundation in memory of Melanie Thornton.. Although previously published in a book about artist management published by Billboard, Lois Chisolm is author of "Sweet Dreams Fulfilled, The Melanie Thornton Story" which has afforded her the unique opportunity to travel extensively and promote the foundation and its mission. "Sweet Dreams Fulfilled" is being released on November 24, 2011 to mark the 10th anniversary of Melanie Thornton's death.

Mechel Miller, Director of Operations - Ms. Miller has an extensive background as a choreographer and dance teacher as well as diversified experience in the telecom, travel, education and accounting industries. She is regularly acknowledged for excellence in organization and prioritization of workflow and creative strategies to enhance team motivation. Ms. Miller's extensive experience in creating and maintaining vendor and customer partnerships are a special asset to the foundation. Ms. Miller's I Can Studio is also a partner of the foundation to develop and manage award winning competitve dance, voice, and drama teams.
